Quality Assurance
Offering the best possible care to our residents comes first at Hill Top Home of Comfort. The Quality Assurance and Infection Control nurse works with all departments in order to ensure the residents are receiving proper care.
The Quality Assessment and Assurance Program is an on-going program designed to systematically and objectively monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of resident care, pursue opportunities to improve resident care and resolve identified problems.
The duties of the Infection Control Coordinator include prevention, surveillance, and control measures to protect residents and personnel from infections. Education is also provided to staff, residents, and families related to infection prevention and control.
