Hill Top Home of Comfort would not be at its peak level of care without the superior nursing staff working with residents. Licensed nursing staff is on duty 24 hours a day and work in conjunction with Certified Medication Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants. Nurses assist with personal care, medication administration, such as IV therapy, tube feedings, resident teaching and skilled nursing services.
Upon admission, nurses develop a care plan for each resident addressing all their needs and strengths. That care plan is reviewed and renewed based on ongoing health needs and changes.
In addition to our comprehensive nursing care, physicians visit every 30 to 60 days and are apprised of any changes in health.
